These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Vortex™ (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

1) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders in cases of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices, taxes, and shipping fees shown at checkout.
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors (including pricing/typography) before or after submission.
• In rare stock or quality issues, we may cancel and refund your order or offer alternatives.
• Discount codes aren’t transferable, redeemable for cash, or valid with other restricted promotions unless stated.

3) Shipping & Delivery

International shipments may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities and payable by the recipient.

4) Returns & Refunds

5) Product Characteristics

Colors and textures may vary across screens and materials. We aim to represent products accurately, but minor variations (e.g., fabric dye lots, hardware finishes) are not considered defects.

6) Intellectual Property

7) User Content & Reviews

• By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Vortex™ a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it in connection with the Site and marketing, subject to law.
• You represent your content is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

8) Prohibited Activities

• Unlawful use, fraud, harassment, or IP infringement.
• Interfering with security, attempting unauthorized access, or scraping.
• Posting spam or misleading claims about Vortex™ products.

9) Warranties Disclaimer

Except as required by law, the Site and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortex™ and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Vortex™ for the order giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vortex™ harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of rights.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where Vortex™ operates. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved by courts with appropriate jurisdiction. Both parties will attempt good-faith resolution prior to formal proceedings.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The date below shows the latest revision. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
