At Vortex™, we proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Below are our processing times, delivery estimates, and related policies.

Order Processing

• Standard items: typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order / personalized: usually 5–7 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• We email an order confirmation at purchase and a tracking link once your parcel ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada & Europe: 5–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Asia, Middle East & Latin America: 6–16 business days
• Africa & remote regions: 8–18 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping is always free; however, international orders may still incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details are emailed once dispatched. You can also track on our Order Tracking page using your order number and billing email.

Lost / Damaged Parcels

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, check with neighbors/building management and the carrier.
• For damage or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of packaging and products.
• Claims are subject to carrier investigation and verification by Vortex™.

Shipping Restrictions

• Some oversized, hazardous, or restricted items may be ineligible for certain destinations.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to unsupported addresses or PO boxes where carriers do not deliver.
