Cancellation & Modification

At Vortex™, we understand plans can change. This policy explains how to cancel or modify your order. For help, email [email protected].

Order Cancellation

• Within 12 hours: Cancel for a full refund to the original payment method.
• After 12 hours: We’ll try our best, but cancellation isn’t guaranteed once processing begins.
• After dispatch: Orders can’t be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery (see Refund & Returns Policy).

Order Modification

• Address changes: Request within 12 hours of placing your order.
• Item/quantity changes: Possible only before processing starts; otherwise place a new order and return the original after delivery (if eligible).
• Gift notes/wrapping: We can add these if your order hasn’t been packed.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Posting to your account usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
