Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
